Please read the policies prior to booking!

• Deposits are non-refundable.
  Your deposit cannot be transferred or refunded if you:
  - are more than 15 minutes late. Please call as soon as you know you’re going to be late!
  - have not followed pre-care
  - fail to show up
  - cancel your appointment
  However, if you are sick please contact me ASAP.

• If you need to reschedule, you can do so one time as it is 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you have missed the 72 hour window, you will need a new deposit to schedule a new appointment.
  The same applies to touch-up appointments. If you are unable to make your touch-up appointment or do not book your touch-up within 12 weeks of your initial appointment, you will need to book with a new deposit.

• You must be 18+ to get tattooed! Children under 18 are not permitted within the shop. Please find childcare or reschedule 72 hours prior to your appointment.

• Are you pregnant or nursing? Tattooing a pregnant or nursing person is not legal. If you find out you’re pregnant between your initial appointment and your touch-up, you will not be able to finish your service. Please wait at least 3 months postpartum/post-nursing before booking your touch-up with a new deposit.

• Already have an existing cosmetic tattoo? It is required to reach out with a clear, well lit photo of the area you are looking to get tattooed prior to booking. This allows me to decide if you are a good candidate for a cover-up. If you are approved, you will have to book an appointment for a new client. If you have work that I am unable to work over, your deposit will be partially refunded.

• Results are not guaranteed. Healed results will vary with each client depending on their skin type, skincare, lifestyle and following aftercare instructions. Some clients may require more than one touch up depending on these factors.

• Cosmetic tattooing is a natural enhancement, not a replacement for make-up. You still may need to apply makeup to achieve your desired look.
